Defective Product Procedures and Service Process

 

 

Dear customer, 
if you experience a malfunction in your TRINA, FENDA and NASCİTA branded products, you can easily perform service operations for your product by following the steps below.

 

 

1) Products Under Warranty

 

For your devices that are still under warranty, please follow these steps:

 

1.A Documents

 

•    Prepare a photocopy of the approved warranty certificate or invoice .

•    Please write the following information completely on the back of the document :

 

Ad-Soyad

* Address

* Mobile phone number

* The problem you are experiencing with your device

 

1.B Product Packaging

 

• For electronic machines :

 

* If possible, send it in its original packaging. 
* The blade/sieve guard must be attached. 
* Package it with the adapter.

 

• For products such as hair dryers, curling irons, hair straighteners:

 

* If you have the original packaging, pack it as is; if not, protect it with bubble wrap. 
* Only send the device; do not send accessories such as spare attachments, combs, blow dryer beaks, oil tubes, cleaning brushes, etc. 
* If you do not have the original packaging, you can use Sürat Kargo's packaging service.

 

1.C Shipment preparation

 

• Wrap your device in bubble wrap to ensure it stays securely in the box. 
• Include a photocopy of the document containing your contact information and your complaint inside the box.

 

1.D Cargo Shipping

 

• Take your product to the nearest Sürat Cargo branch.

2) For Products with Expired Warranty Period

 

For your products whose warranty period has expired;

 

You can select the service closest to your area from the "Other Services" section on the Our Services page and contact these services for service support or spare parts supply.

 

 

3) Things to Consider When Shipping Cargo

 


• When delivering the cargo, be sure to check that your name, surname, address and telephone information are entered completely and correctly.


• Do not forget to get your tracking number and shipment information after delivery of the cargo.
